Camp Olivas, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), under the leadership of PBGen Redrico Maranan, has been commended by PNP Chief, Police General Rommel Marbil, for its quick resolution of the double murder of Arvin and Lerma Lulu.
The arrests of the suspects, including the alleged mastermind, reflect PRO3’s commitment to justice and public safety.
