Prime Waste Solutions is redefining waste management by providing efficient resource recovery services rather than traditional landfill practices, the company said on Thursday, as its Porac facility is set to collect and accept waste from investors and businesses in Clark, Pampanga.
“Prime Waste Solutions is not only addressing the waste crisis but also setting the standard with innovative processes and effective solutions,” said PWS Pampanga President Cara Peralta. “We fully recognize the scale of this issue and are committed to offering a sustainable alternative focused on resource recovery, setting us apart from traditional landfills.”
PWS Pampanga operates a modern, large-scale materials recovery facility (MRF) in Porac, designed to accept up to 5,000 tons of solid waste per day.
“We aim to reduce landfill use to just 20 percent or less of the waste we receive. We achieve this through state-of-the-art equipment that maximizes resource recovery through efficient waste sorting and recycling,” Peralta said.
The Pampanga facility is the first greenfield project of PWS. It recently received its accreditation to handle collection of residual waste within the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone effective October 6.
PWS Pampanga provides services that include waste segregation, processing, and disposal of various waste types, alongside the sale of recyclables such as refuse-derived fuel, plastics, cardboard, and metal scraps.
With its strategic location, PWS Pampanga can effectively meet the waste management needs of businesses and local governments throughout Central Luzon and Northern Luzon.
