CITY OF MALOLOS – In collaboration with the Pinoy Wolves Football Club-Bulacan, Bulakenyo football enthusiasts within the age of 7 up to 40 years old are invited to join and show off their athletic skills in the upcoming Copa Singkaban 7-A-Side Football Festival 2024 on September 8, 2024 to be held at the Bulacan Sports Complex, Brgy. Bagong Bayan here.
Alongside the celebration of Singkaban Festival 2024 where it seamlessly fit the festival’s goal to promote and celebrate art, culture and talents of Bulakenyos, the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial Youth, Sports, and Development Office will aim to continuously offer a different field of sport tournament in the province aside from the common sports known in the mainstream.
Meanwhile, Governor Daniel R. Fernando is actively encouraging Bulakenyo sports enthusiasts to participate in the event, emphasizing the importance of practicing sportsmanship and fostering camaraderie among participants.
“Tanggapin natin ang diwa ng sportsmanship at pakikiisa habang tayo ay nagtutulungan hindi lamang para sa kumpetisyon kundi para rin sa pagbuo ng buhay na may matibay na pagkakaibigan at mas pinatatag na komunidad. Sama-sama po tayong magtagumpay at palakasin ang ating mga ugnayang nagpapalakas sa atin bilang isang natatanging komunidad,” Fernando said.
