Col Germino is Nueva Ecija PPO police director

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga– Police Colonel Ferdinand Germino is the new Officer-In-Charge director of Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office (NEPPO) as he was officially welcomed at the provincial headquarters in Cabanatuan City on Tuesday.

Germino replaced  PCol Richard V. Caballero who was reassigned to PRO3 Headquarters. 
 
Germino immediately convened his first command conference at the NEPPO conference room attended by the NEPPO Command Group, staff, city and municipal chiefs of police, Force Commanders of the Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFCs), and chiefs from various National Administrative and Operational Support Units in the province.
 
During the conference, Germino laid out his leadership agenda, committing to continue the existing plans and programs initiated by his predecessor, particularly the ongoing infrastructure projects. 
 
He emphasized that he will focus on sustaining NEPPO’s operational successes, further reducing crime rates, enhancing police interventions, and ensuring personnel deployment follows the 85:15 ratio. 
 
He also highlighted priorities such as drug-clearing operations, improving disaster response capabilities, and promoting physical and sports activities to ensure the well-being and fitness of all personnel.
 
“It is my moral obligation to care for the welfare and morale of my personnel. We show love and respect to our people, so they, in turn, will love and respect the service they provide,” Germino remarked.
 
He concluded by appealing to his subordinates for their unwavering support, ensuring a unified approach to achieving NEPPO’s goals.
 
A native of Sta. Rosa and Licab, Nueva Ecija, Germino is a proud member of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) Class of 1999, “Tanglaw Lahi.” Before his assignment to NEPPO, he served as Chief of the Regional Headquarters Support Unit at PRO3.
