PRO3 JOINS IN COMMEMORATION OF 123RD POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) virtually participated in the commemoration of the 123rd Police Service Anniversary at the PNP National Headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City, on August 8, 2024, from the PRO3 Patrol Hall, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
According to the National Historical Commission records, the Police Service as an institution traces its origins to the Insular Police Force, established on August 8, 1901.
This year’s theme, “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis Ligtas Ka,” reflects the PNP and PRO3’s unwavering commitment to public safety and ongoing community partnership.
PRO3 Director PBGen Jose Hidalgo Jr highlighted that the activities in Camp Crame included an inspiring message from PNP Chief PGen Rommel Marbil and the awarding of commendations to deserving PNP personnel and top-performing units for their substantial contributions to the organization.
PRO3’s celebration featured a Serbisyo Caravan, a boodle fight, a raffle draw, singing contest and a performance by the regional band, underscoring the camaraderie and dedication of the personnel in serving the community.
