Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro along with Board Members Romina D. Fermin, Romeo V. Castro, Arthur A. Legaspi and Liberato P. Sembrano receive the Gender and Development Local Learning Hub Certifications for Bulacan as Gender Responsive LGU and Local Learning Hub and three Provincial Government of Bulacan programs namely Panlalawigang Komisyon para sa mga Kababaihan ng Bulacan (PKKB), GAD Monitoring and Evaluation Team (GMET), and Tulong Pang-Edukasyon Para sa Bulakenyo Scholarship Program from the Philippine Commission on Women during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
