CAMP GEN ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Two Municipal Level Most Wanted Person (MWP) and another four wanted felons and three rape-suspects were all arrested by Bulacan PNP on May 2, 2022.
PCol. Charlie Cabradilla, Acting Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP, said that operatives of 1st PMFC successfully arrested Mark Jed Cielo, 27, security guard and a resident of Tarcan, Baliwag, Bulacan. Cielo was tagged as MWP (Municipal Level) of Baliwag for Rape thru Sexual Assault in relation to RA 7610 with recommended bail of Php 200,000.00.
On the other hand, another Most Wanted identified as Rex Roxas, 24, a resident of San Lorenzo, Norzagaray, was collared by 2nd PMFC together with Norzagaray PS operatives as MWP (Municipal Level) of Norzagaray for the crime of Rape with no bail recommended.
Likewise, the aggressive ‘Manhunt Charlie’ operations of different Tracker Teams of Meycauayan City, Sta. Maria and Marilao PS resulted in the arrest of four (4) wanted felons, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest, identified as Gerry Catanoy and Aljun Morales both for Violation of PD 1602; Danilo Ortiz Jr for Qualified Theft; and Marlon Ayop for Violation of Section 5 and Section 11 Art. II of R.A. 9165 (2 counts).
Further, three (3) suspects for violation of R.A 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) in Taliptip, Bulakan were nabbed by Bulakan PS, identified as Joseph Andaya, 31, aircon technician; Albrin Villanueva alias “Tobi; and JayMar Carmona all residents of Taliptip, Bulakan.
