Five drug suspects were arrested wherein seven kilos of suspected shabu were seized during joint drug buy-bust operation of Philippone Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)- National Capital Region Northern District Office, Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO), and Malolos City Police Office in Maunlad Homes, Barangay Tikay, City of Malolos on Saturday evening.
Police identified the arrested suspects as Jocelyn Dalagan, 46; Carlos Dalagan, 41, married, driver; Shan Carl Dalagan, 19, single, working student; Russel Begelia 20, single, student, all of Maunlad Homes, Brgy. Tikay, Malolos City and Christine Kate Eugenio 21, single, student, and a resident of 86 Purok 1, Mabolo, Malolos City.
Investigation showed that the said operatives conducted joint drug buy bust operation that resulted to the arrest of the suspects and confiscation of illegal drugs known as shabu.
Among seized evidences in their possession were one piece opened brown-gold foil pack with Chinese characters labelled “Freeso-dried Durien” containing 1 piece vacuum sealed transparent plastic containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu with a total weight of 1000 grams (Subject of Sale) and 6 pieces brown-gold foil pack with Chinese characters labelled “Freeso-dried Durien” containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Shabu with a total weight of 6000 grams.
Arrested suspects are now under the custody of PDEA for proper documentation.
