Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PBGen Jose Hidalgo Jr administered the oath of office of the recruits following their presentation by PCol Rudecindo Reales, Deputy RD for Operations earlier this morning, (November 20) at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
The 600 successful applicants were all given the rank of Patrolman (Pat).
The new police personnel were chosen after a stringent screening process conducted by the Regional Screening Committee on Recruitment headed by PBGEN ENRICO H VARGAS, Deputy RD for Administration.
After their oath-taking ceremony, the new police recruits will further undergo one-year training at the Regional Training Center 3 in Magalang, Pampanga.
“As you take this oath, remember that you are becoming a part of something greater than yourself. You are becoming a guardian, a protector, and a beacon of hope for those who look to law enforcement for safety and justice,” PBGEN HIDALGO JR said to the recruits.
