
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Even as the nation observes Undas 2025, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) under the leadership of PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I Peñones Jr continued its relentless pursuit of justice, resulting in the arrest of several Most Wanted Persons across Central Luzon on November 1, 2025.
These successful operations—conducted simultaneously in the provinces of Bulacan, Tarlac, Aurora, and Nueva Ecija—demonstrated the unwavering dedication of the men and women of PRO3 in upholding peace and order despite the holiday season.
At around 12:45 PM in Barangay Caniogan, Calumpit, Bulacan, combined operatives from the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU)–Bulacan PPO, Bulacan 1st PMFC, and Calumpit MPS arrested a Top 10 Regional and Top 1 Provincial Level Most Wanted Person by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court for the crime of Rape, with no bail recommended.
At about 11:55 AM in Brgy. Bora, Tarlac City, joint elements of the 1st PMFC–TPPO (lead unit), Tarlac City Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Unit, RIU3, and PIDMU-TPPO served a Warrant of Arrest against a Top 9 Regional Level Most Wanted Person for Lascivious Conduct under R.A. 7610 and Rape as amended by R.A. 11648.
In Brgy. Dikapanikian, Dingalan, Aurora, at around 11:30 AM, operatives of the Dingalan MPS (lead unit), PIU–Aurora PPO, and 1st PMFC Ibona Patrol Base captured a Regional Rank No. 7, Provincial Rank No. 1, and Municipal Rank No. 1 Most Wanted Person for Statutory Rape under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code as amended by R.A. 11648 through a manhunt operation covered under a TIP Control Number.
In Brgy. Pag-asa, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, at around 11:20 AM, joint teams from Talavera MPS, PIU–NEPPO, 4th FOB, 2nd PMFC, and 303rd MC, RMFB3 arrested a Top 5 Regional Level and Top 2 Provincial Level Most Wanted Person for two counts of Rape, both with no bail recommended.
Earlier that morning, at 6:05 AM in Brgy. Talabutab Norte, General M. Natividad, Nueva Ecija, combined forces from Gen. Natividad MPS, 1st PMFC–NEPPO, and RIU3 successfully arrested a Top 4 Regional, Top 1 Provincial, and Top 1 Municipal Most Wanted Person for Murder, likewise with no bail recommended.
PBGEN Peñones Jr commended all operating units for their sustained operations, emphasizing that even during the Undas observance, police personnel remained steadfast in ensuring that justice is served.
He underscored that these efforts reflect the commitment of PRO3 to protect the public 24/7, anchored on the PNP Focused Agenda of Acting Chief, PNP PLTGEN Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., particularly on Enhanced Managing Police Operations.
