Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos —- Five individuals were nabbed in the different anti-criminality operations and swift response by Bulacan PNP on September 3, 2023.
In reports submitted to Col Relly Arnedo, Provincial Director, Bulacan PPO, an incident of tumultuous affray relative to a bar fight at a restobar located at Brgy. Ibayo, Marilao, Bulacan, on September 3, 2023, resulted in the death of Arnel Araneta, resident of Bancal, Meycauayan City, and physical injuries to Yongsheng Guo (born in Fujin, China), resident of Greenhills East City, Mandaluyong City.
The victims, after a drinking session at a local bar, were suddenly attacked by individuals under the influence of liquor.
The identified suspects, Joshua Dilao, Daryl Jacob De Leon, and Allen Nicolas Gepila were subsequently arrested.
Araneta was pronounced dead by the attending physician at the hospital, and appropriate criminal complaints have been prepared against the arrested suspects for filing in court.
In Guiguinto, authorities successfully served a warrant of arrest on Marilyn Legada on September 3, 2023. The warrant, issued on August 31, 2023, pertained to the crime of Falsification by Private Individuals. Legada, 58 years old and a resident of Guiguinto, is currently detained at BJMP Guiguinto, Bulacan.
In Santa Maria, Bulacan, a theft incident occurred on September 3, 2023. The victim, the NA Dev Corp., represented by JJ Jovellanos, a civil engineer, reported the theft of assorted metal scraps. Ryan Morlade was arrested after being found in possession of the stolen items during a roving patrol. The incident was reported to the barangay and subsequently to the police station for investigation and proper disposition.
