CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan — The Bulacan PNP arrested three (3) Omnibus Election Code (OEC) violators on October 26, 2023.
In a report submitted to PCOL RELLY B ARNEDO, Provincial Director of Bulacan PPO, three (3) Omnibus Election Code (OEC) violators were arrested on October 26, 2023, in the municipality of San Rafael and in the City of San Jose Del Monte.
In CSJDM, a 23-year-old male suspect of F Homes, Brgy. Mulawin, CSJDM, was arrested by CSJDM police for the crime of theft after carting away a digital karaoke from the victim. Confiscated from the suspect was one (1) improvised shotgun loaded with one (1) 12-gauge live ammunition tucked on his waist and one (1) extra 12-gauge live ammunition that was placed inside the sling bag.
The arrested suspect is presently under the custody of the arresting police station for proper disposition.
In San Rafael, two (2) male suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the San Rafael MPS at Brgy. Ulingao, San Rafael, at about 7:00 in the evening of October 26, 2023. Confiscated from the suspect were a total of five (5) sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of .4 grams, a standard drug price value of two thousand seven hundred twenty pesos (Php 2,720.00), buy-bust money, and one (1) Pietro Beretta replica.
The arrested suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination, while criminal complaints for violations of the Omnibus Election Code and R.A. 9165 against the suspects is now being prepared for filing in court.
