Some 535 households with 2,000 families in Balubad, Barangay Anunas, have received some hot meals from Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. on March 14, 2024.
Lazatin instructed members of the City Social Welfare and Development Office, led by Edna Duaso, and personnel of Angeles City Barangay Outreach, headed by Michael Lising, to lead the outreach program in Sitio Balubad.
Also present during the outreach program are the traffic enforcers of Angeles City Traffic Development Office, led by Kiko Pangilinan, employees of Angeles City Tourism Auxiliary, and personnel from Angeles City Police Office Station 4.
Mayor Lazatin has strongly condemned the strongest terms the shooting of residents last March 12 at Sitio Balubad, where six residents were injured.
To recall, last February 12, the Angeles City Government led by Mayor Lazatin had conducted relief distribution and medical assistance to the affected residents. Clearing operations were also conducted to clean up the debris left from the violent confrontations.
