2 motorcycle riders killed in Bulacan shooting incident 

A male and female riders were killed after being shot several times by an armed man also riding a motorcycle in Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan early Tuesday morning.

Police identified one of the victims only as “Edwin,” a resident of Northville 4B, Barangay Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan, while the identity of the woman, who is in her 20s, is still being determined.

Based on initial reports, the murder occurred around 12:00 midnight on Tuesday, just a few meters away from the male victim’s house.

It was learned that the victims were riding a motorcycle a few minutes after leaving the man’s home when the armed man suddenly appeared also riding a motorcycle.

The suspect, wearing long sleeves and a face mask, got off the black MIO motorcycle and pulled out a .45 caliber gun and repeatedly fired at the victims.

The victims sustained fatal gunshot wounds that killed them instantly while the suspect immediately fled towards Meycauayan City.

Based on the report, sachets of suspected shabu and a .38 caliber revolver were found in the suspect’s pocket.

Some drug paraphernalia were also recovered from his motorcycle.
