
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Two notorious drug peddlers were arrested while some 500 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of ₱3.4 million were confiscated in an anti-illegal drugs operation conducted in Dinalupihan, Bataan on November 16, 2025.
The successful operation was carried out by elements of the Bataan Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit (PPDEU with the Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station (MPS) SDEU, Bataan Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), PDEA Bataan Office, and the PDEA Sea Interdiction Unit, Region 3.
Arrested during the buy-bust operation were identified in their aliases as “Nai,” 43 years old, and “Abdul,” 32 years old, both residents of Brgy. Mabini Proper, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Seized from the duo were five knot-tied transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing approximately 500 grams, a black Samsung keypad cellular phone, one genuine ₱1,000 bill marked money placed atop the boodle money, and one black belt bag.
The arrested individuals and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station for documentation and filing of appropriate charges for Violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director, PRO3, commended the operating units for their successful operation and reaffirmed PRO3’s unwavering stance in combating illegal drugs across Central Luzon.
“This accomplishment is another testament to the commitment of our personnel to protect the people from the dangers of illegal drugs. We will continue to conduct proactive and intelligence-driven operations to dismantle drug networks operating in the region,” said Peñones.
