
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Two suspected female traffickers were arrested and 17 female victims were rescued in back-to-back entrapment operations conducted on April 11, 2025, by the combined forces of the Regional Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group 3 (RATTG 3), Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (RMFB 3), Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) Station 3, and the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) of Angeles City.
The first operation took place at around 4:00 PM in a stakehouse located in Barangay Pulung Maragul, Angeles City. Authorities apprehended a 36-year-old suspect, alias “Melissa,” a resident of Sta. Lucia Resettlement, Magalang, Pampanga, after she was caught offering women for sexual services in exchange for money. Twelve female victims were rescued on site.
Just over an hour later, at around 5:45 PM, a follow-up sting at a nearby restaurant in the same barangay led to the arrest of another suspect, alias “Arianna,” a resident of Macapagal Village, Mabalacat City. Five additional female victims were rescued, all of whom were reportedly recruited and exploited for similar purposes.
