1,212 WANTED PERSONS CAPTURED IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), under the leadership of Regional Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr  and in line with the directives of PNP Chief PGEN Nicolas Torre III, has netted a total of 1,212 wanted persons from June 20 to August 11, 2025, in a sustained and intensified manhunt operation across Central Luzon.
 
Of the total arrests, 921 were Other Wanted Persons (OWP) while 291 were Most Wanted Persons (MWP). Bulacan PPO recorded the highest number of apprehensions with 319 wanted persons (254 OWP and 65 MWP), followed by Nueva Ecija PPO with 207, and Pampanga PPO with 203.
 
For the Top 10 Most Wanted Persons (TTMWP) category, PRO3 posted 84 arrested MWPs and 177 arrested TTMWPs.
Bulacan PPO topped TTMWP arrests with 45, followed by Bataan PPO with 33, and Aurora PPO with 20.
 
In the Regional TTMWP classification, Bulacan PPO led with 3 arrests.
 
For Provincial/City TTMWP, Pampanga PPO recorded the highest with 8, followed by Bulacan PPO with 6.
In the Municipal TTMWP category, Bulacan PPO once again led with 36 arrests, trailed by Bataan PPO with 16.
 
Penones emphasized that these results mirror PRO3’s strategic direction — Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism — fully aligned with the mission set by the Chief PNP.
 
“These accomplishments are the result of our collective determination to protect the people of Central Luzon from the threat of criminality. Every arrest brings us closer to lasting peace and order, while ensuring that we serve with honor, integrity, and professionalism. We will sustain these operations until fugitives are brought to justice and our communities feel truly safe,” Penones said.
 
PRO3 assured the public that under the guidance of PGEN Torre III, manhunt operations will continue without letup, sending a clear message that no fugitive is beyond the reach of the law.
