Fernando, a significant donation to further strengthen the response capability of the police officers in the province during the Command Visit, Ceremonial Turnover of Equipment, and Pledge of Support to 5-Minute Response Time by LGUs of Bulacan, wherein Philippine National Police Chief PGen. Torre III served as the guest of honor on Wednesday, August 6, at Camp Alejo S. Santos in the City of Malolos, Bulacan.
